Hi there, my name is Pumpkin. I was born here at Filey Cat Rescue on 01.06.2023 after my Mum, Delilah, was rescued from a colony of cats from a local farm. My Mum had been living outside all of her life and had received very little contact from humans, therefore she was very uncertain of people. Since being at the rescue, she has learnt to trust people more! As my Mum was less than a year old when she gave birth to me, there were only 2 kittens in my litter, but unfortunately my littermate passed away shortly after being born. As it has just been my Mum and I from almost the start of my life, we are very closely bonded and have a very special relationship. That's why I would love to find an indoor/outdoor home in a quiet area where I can live with my Mum. We would like a home which is patient, without any young children or other cats, as we are still a little shy around humans, but have great potential.
