Hello there! My name is Bagpuss and I went from ruffian to gentleman in twelve months! I started out foraging for scraps under Scarborough’s Spa Bridge with only one tooth, before I was rescued and brought to the Little Heroes Sanctuary in February 2021.

I hated humans and hissed whenever they got too close, but everything changed when I met my roommate, Tabitha. Even though she can be bossy sometimes, she’s my best friend in the whole world. She even encouraged me to give humans a second chance and now, my day’s not complete without a good grooming session and a handful of my favourite biscuits.
