Hello everyone! My name is Fergal and I'm one of the newest residents at Little Heroes Sanctuary. In my previous life, I lived with an addict in difficult conditions. When the police broke in, I ran out of the house and spent a few days living on the streets, until I was found behind a bin and taken into the care of Filey Cat Rescue. I have to admit, I've not been feeling too good. I find it really hard to trust humans because of my previous experiences with them, and it will probably take me a long time to come out of my shell again. As a Bengal, I'd also need lots of room to move around the house and some toys, as I've never had any before. I'd like to be an indoor-only cat, as I really don't want to be outside again, but I don't think I'd cope well with children, elderly people, or other animals. I know, in time, that I can make a big turnaround - I just need someone who's patient and caring to help me through this tough time.
